G35 Doors Wont Lock

When i activate the automatic door locks you can hear a clicking sound coming from the fuse box area by the drivers footrest but nothing else happens. The door to the gas cap on my 2003 infiniti g35 keeps getting jammed shut it won t open when i stop to get gas. For some reason the locks on my doors dont lock unlock automatically.
